In the framework of On Housing Exhibition, we present an interactive workshop for 11-18 years old teenagers, which is developed in a context of negotiations, of a role play game between two teams: those looking to buy a home and those who mediate the sale of housing. Starting from real life cases, the two teams will debate on transversal concepts of collective housing, such as the need and right to housing, quality of living, economic rationality, marketing, vs reality etc.
The workshop is organized in partnership with De-a Arhitectura Association – one of the main actors in the field of architectural and built environment education for children and young people.
In short, the goal of De-a Arhitectura Association translates best as follows:
We build through education. Our construction develops when:
– children and adults understand and love the values of the built environment and are active in their communities;
– build environment professionals engage in society through education;
– In education, play, experiment and creativity are taken seriously.
The participation is possible only after the online registration by completing this form. For children under eighteen years old, a parent or legal tutor needs to complete an agreement that can be downloaded by here and then uploaded as pdf in the form above.
