On Housing Exhibition: tour with the curators

The exhibition tour will be lead by a part of the On Housing curatorial and research team.

Along the tour, we will discuss about the long research process at the base of the exhibition, about the two paths that define it (an informative and an experiential one), and about all the transversal themes that are to be discovered (the right to housing; individuality and community; the directions followed today by the architectural project; economic rationality; marketing vs. reality).
The team will talk about the processes that define this product – the house – which are results of a complex mechanism, defined by a series of “voices”, with different perspectives and interests: the authorities, the developer, the architect and the resident/ end-user.

The tour is free of charge and open to the public.
