Additionally to the main exhibition of BETA 2018, “On Housing”, consultations will be held with architects and financial experts every Wednesday, open to anyone interested in acquiring or building a home.

Oana Buta Subu

Oana has been working for over 20 in the bank system. Throughout her activity, she has coordinated the Timișoara real estate centre and has been permanently connected to the market.
Presently, she is Real Estate Business Coordinator on the western region, for Timiș, Hunedoara and Caraș-Severin counties.

RD Sign

RD Sign is an architecture studio from Timișoara, founded in 2011 by Daniela Negrișanu and Răzvan Negrișanu, by taking and redefining the activity of a family company, active in design since 1992. The complex works undertaken by the office are based on an over 14 years long experience of the founding architects, and the added creativity of another 8 team members.
With a diverse activity, RD Sign has focused, in time, on residential works, designing a series of new collective housing ensambles in Timișoara, of both small and large scale, as well as a series of single family houses.
More than ever, housing needs to refocus on its core values, RD Sign projects seeking to mediate the insertion of a new building in an urban scale with its end-users’ needs and interests, related to those of the developer. The studio’s mission is to get the best architectural solution in a given context.
