Additionally to the main exhibition of BETA 2018, “On Housing”, consultations will be held with architects and financial experts every Wednesday, open to anyone interested in acquiring or building a home.

Constantin Șelariu

Having graduated at the Construction and Architecture Faculty of the Polytechnic University of Timișoara in 2002, Constantin Șelariu has started his activity as an architect as owner of the Constantin Șelariu Individual Architecture Studio and, later, as an associate at A.C.S. Studio. Having over 150 single and collective residences in his portfolio, Constantin Șelariu has accumulated a vast experience regarding functional programs, as well as regarding collaboration with clients, investors and connected authorities. Profesionally, a series of residential projects have been awarded with local and national prizes.

Oana Buta Subu

Oana has been working for over 20 in the bank system. Throughout her activity, she has coordinated the Timișoara real estate centre and has been permanently connected to the market.
Presently, she is Real Estate Business Coordinator on the western region, for Timiș, Hunedoara and Caraș-Severin counties.
